Learning the Halachos of Siddur Kiddushin is a Must for Every Shliach
Lemaan Yilmedu’s Chuppa VeKiddushin course has trained many Shluchim in the intricacies of officiating a wedding kehalacha. The course, which runs over a 11-month period, is led by Rabbi Mordechai Farkash, a Rov and Shliach in Bellevue, Wash., and an expert in this area of Halacha.

Together with Chicago’s Rabbi Baruch Hertz, Monsey’s Rabbi Gedalia Oberlander teaches Lemaan Yilmedu’s upcoming Community Rabbonus course which is geared to Shluchim. The year-long course covers subjects that aren’t taught in Semicha and are encountered daily by anyone in a rabbinic position.
Chosson Teacher Training Course Underway
After months of preparations, the first course of its kind in Chabad, the Chosson Teacher Training course, a collaborative effort of Machon Lemaan Yilmedu and Machon Taharas Ha'Bayis of the Badatz of Crown Heights, got underway.
Closing Yom Iyun for the Chuppa-Kiddushin Course
Siddur Chuppa v'Kiddushin is one of the most important subjects in the work of every shliach. It is also a complicated and sensitive subject. It includes numerous halachos on various topics such as kesuba, eidus, yuchsin, and of course conducting the chuppa and more. Enormous care is needed since errors due to ignorance can cause extremely serious problems and pitfalls.
