Rabbi Berel Bell
Rabbi Bell is a Rov of Congregation Lubavitch in Montreal and Dayan in the Montreal Bais Din. He is a prominent authority on Jewish law. Rabbi Bell is also the founding dean of Bais Chaya Mushka Seminary in Montreal, and author and director of Teacher Training for the Jewish Learning Institute.
About Me
Dayan Berel Bell, BA. M.R.S. After graduating from Yale University, Rabbi Bell earned a degree in Jewish law from Rabbinical College Tomchei Tmimim. Rabbi Bell is a rov of Congregation Lubavitch in Montreal and Dayan in the Montreal Bais Din, and a prominent authority on Jewish law. He is the founding dean of the Bais Chaya Mushka Seminary; creator of Rambam-on-the-Line; a contributing editor and columnist for the weekly L’Chaim publication; and a sought after educational consultant.
